2019 Joint State Convention : VENDOR'S SHOWCASE

This is your chance to display your products and services to the decision makers in our industry. This two-hour hosted cocktail party with heavy hors d’oeuvres will be the kick-off to an open evening. You’re sure to have a captive audience!

A total of 40 booths are available.
Booths are 10 x 10, with pipe and drape in-between.
One 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs and one garbage can at each booth.
Booth cost is $1,000.00.
Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Industry members ages 13 and over are eligible to win prizes. Raffle prizes will be awarded during the President’s Gala Ball on Friday, and winners must be present to receive their prize.
If you would like to provide prize(s) for the raffle, please deliver them to CRRC staff no later than 2 pm on Friday in order to be acknowledged as a raffle donor.
Vendors can also purchase gift cards through CRRC for the raffle. At your request, we’ll purchase gift cards in $100 increments from national restaurants and stores on your behalf. Your cost is $110 per card to cover shipping and/or service charges, should you wish CRRC to make this purchase for you. The deadline to order raffle prizes through CRRC is Monday, June 3 by contacting Trish Roath at (916) 444-2772 or email@example.com.

VENDOR SET-UP/TEAR-DOWN INFORMATION
A sign with your company name on it will be placed in your booth to help you identify your location.
The Aragon Ballroom will be ready for your set-up beginning at 1:00 pm (no earlier, please) until the doors open at 5:00 pm.
Tear-down of your booth must be completed by Midnight on Thursday, June 20. The hotel is not responsible for the safekeeping of equipment, supplies, written material or any other valuable items left in function rooms by vendors.
