2019 Joint State Convention : EVENT DETAILS

TUESDAY-SATURDAY Ladies' Spa Appointments

Your hostess, Nancy Vogt, invites our lady attendees to treat themselves to a relaxing appointment at the beautiful Spa at Rancho Bernardo Inn. Each lady who is a registered attendee of the convention can choose one treatment from the following list:

  • 50 minute Massage
  • 50 minute Facial
  • Mani/Pedi

Appointment times are available beginning on Tuesday, June 18 through Sunday, June 23. These treatments are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on a first-come, first-served basis. When you submit your convention registration form to the CRRC office, ladies who have signed up for a spa appointment will receive email instructions on scheduling their treatment directly with the spa. The deadline to make your spa appointment is June 1, after which time all of our blocked appointments will be released. Charges for your appointment, including gratuity, will be billed directly to CRRC. CRRC is pleased to provide one of the above spa services per lady. Should you wish to upgrade your complimentary service or book additional appointments, those charges will be billed to your individual portfolio. Please note that spa attendees must be at least 18 years old. The spa requires that cancellations or appointment reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. Day of appointment changes cannot be granted. Sorry, but appointments are for registered ladies only, and are not transferrable to any other person!

FRIDAY Kids' Camp
This is your time to enjoy the President’s Gala Ball kid-free! Parents gave high praise for this event in 2018, so it’s back and we expanded the hours from 4:30–11 pm. We’ve hired Sitterwise to provide full service event childcare services for children ages 3–12 split into two camps for ages 3-5, and 6-12. Your child will enjoy dinner and beverages, craft time, active games, free play with board games and toys, and movie time. Sleeping mats, pillows and blankets will be provided for those who need them. Sitterwise is licensed and insured, with caregivers who have received a multi-state criminal background check and are members of Trustline, an on-going check for nannies in California. At least three CPR trained caregivers will be on site during the event. The ratio of caregivers for the 3-5 camp is 3:1, and for the 6-12 camp is 4:1. The cost of the camp is included in your children’s registration fees. After you sign up, you’ll receive detailed email instructions regarding your child(ren’s) camp reservation.

FRIDAY President’s Gala Ball

Next, you’ll enjoy a formal dinner, followed by the official CRRC program, including the presentation of the 2019 Southern District Lifetime Achievement Award, Golf Tournament prizes, and the Vendor's Showcase raffle prizes.
